We've been dropping hints the last few Slices, and last Tuesday we finally launched Ask Atlas at a small event at ÁTIPICO at New Bahru. The best part of the night had nothing to do with us; it was seeing different merchants come up to present how they've been using Ask Atlas to supercharge their everyday operations (and how great our customer service is, their words, not mine).

Ask Atlas to create a new product in a specific menu, and it can automatically suggest and follow how other similar products are being tagged. It can come up with descriptions for you and if anything's unclear, Ask Atlas will clarify with you on the specific details it needs.
Ask Atlas setting up a 1 for 1 discount
Want to run 1 for 1 promos for a specific product, but not sure how to set that discount up on Atlas? Just Ask Atlas to set it up for you (plus any other discounts you would like to create).
Ask Atlas creating a cross-sell group
Ask Atlas to look at your past orders and identify which products customers often purchase together. Then ask it to set up cross-selling for these products on your Kiosk or Scan-to-order. Increase your AOV without the need for a staff member to do so.
Use Ask Atlas to find out why your sales performance is worse last month compared to this month. Let it give you an analysis based on your own menu, sales reports and orders.
From there it'll suggest what to promote, what to reprice, what to fix with a modifier and what to quietly retire, and it can carry out the changes you approve. It's the menu review you keep meaning to do, minus the spreadsheet.
